Translator - Week 5 -

Hello everybody! I am Paula and this week I have been the translator. My job as traslator in this task, the 5th have been to explain, in our opinion, the 5 most important concepts:

• Timeline.

 A timeline is a line in which appears what has happened in the order that it have occurred. With this we are able to know the different things that have happened in the right order.

In this case, we are talking about a twitter timeline, so it is referred to the tweets that people say about a topic in the moment that it has been published it.

• Info-graphic.

An info-graphic is a type of representation of the information, data or knowledge by graphics. With this we can easily see in a clear way, the most important things of the information.

• Textbook.

We can define the book as a set of papers that are together by a side. There are a lot of types of textbooks: novels, cook, poetry… but in this case we are referred to the textbooks that are used in schools. In this kind of books appear the most important information that a child must learn during each course for language, science maths… Also it is the guide for the teacher of what and how to teach it.

• Web 2.0.

The term Web 2.0 it is referred to the new generation of the Web. With this, it is able to create, share and manage the new contents by the users. 

• Outdated information.

We can say that something is outdate when it hasn’t go with the advances and discovers about something. In this case we are talking about the books that are used in schools, because sometimes we can find things that were some years ago changed. So it isn’t actualized.
