Stars Week 12 Task 11





Hello, I am Marta and this week together with my partner Andrea we have been the star of our group. At first I thought that the task would be easy to not have to expose alone, but little by little the thing became complicated. The presentation was a speed learning in which all the groups passed by the place where our mural was put so that we explained our work to them. We had to talk for 6 min on 9 occasions, one with Linda's presence.
I will tell a bit about my experience as it was better than I expected. It took us a long time to complete the work as we did not know how to relate the texts and we were up until late on Tuesday night to finish it. When I arrived at the university on Wednesday morning I came across Paula, a partner of my group and when I explained the work aloud, both of us realized that it was not as it should be, that is to say, it had enough faults so we got to work and at 10 we got it in the best way.
At that moment I was overwhelmed since the class was at 10:30 and I did not know my exposition well. The class started and at first I had to look more than I needed the paper where I had all the work, but  to having to say it so many times I ended up explaining it very calm and without nerves, trying to make all my classmates understood well. I felt very comfortable and safe and I really enjoyed the experience of sharing the exhibition with Andrea as we helped each other to make everything better. I have to say that I have lost a lot of the shame that I had at the beginning of the course and now I am the first to lend itself at the time of presenting. It has been a very good experience that I would repeat!

Analyst Week 11 Task 10




Hi everyone! I’m Ana and this week I’ve played the analyst role again. This time the task has been about Personal Learning Environment (PLE), we did the work on Wednesday in class, we choose three persons of our group to make their PLE, then they chose a photo with which they identify themselves, and finally in the page ThingLink we created their PLE with the photo.

The best part of the activity was that it wasn’t very difficult and it was done in class. The worst part of the activity was when we used the page ThingLink to put the PLE, at first we didn’t know very well how it worked, and we stressed.

The best moment of the week was when we were trying to do the PLE, we thought funny things about where we learned. The worst part of the activity was that we thought that we had to finish it in class and present it, so we didn’t have time. But finally, it could be finished at home.

This week we have learned that we learn through many Internet media, everyday life ... not only in a formal context.

I think this week as work was done in class was an advantage, since we have all worked equally, well organized and help each other at all times. We have improved a lot as a team. This topic is related to our course and our degree because children not only learn in school, also through their families, their experiences, through the technological means of which we learn a lot…

The social connection of this content is that we learn through many means that can be influenced by the politics like the television, also in Internet there is much information but not everything is valid but we must select the important information, because there is much other that can be false.
