Analyst - Week 10

Hi everyone!  I'm Andrea and this week I've played the analyst role.

This week's task has been very easy to do. We had to read about the four different styles of leadership, then we had to choose one and create a campaign. Finally, the star of our group will show the whole class our candidacy for the elections of a school.

On the one hand, the good point of this week has been that we did the work very quickly, so we had time to perfect our work. Another good point is that I've seen the team very united and hard-working. 

On the other hand, creating the speech was the worst part because we were always thinking that it was too short, but finally we were happy with th result.

I actually think that week by week, our groupe is becoming more united and creative as well. Also, I've seen our group more organized than other weeks, but in my opinion we have to improve our creativity. 

To sum up I have to say that we have learnt about the different styles of leadership and we also discover new web 2.0 tools to create our campaign flyers, so the effort was worth.
