Journalist - Week 5 -

Hello everyone! I am Marta Matínez and this week I have been the journalist of my group.
This week we had to do task 5 that consisted in the dark side of textbooks. For this, Linda commissioned us to make a presentation explaining the reasons why we were against them.
We could use two resources, one was a twitter timeline and the other was an info-graphic.

There was variety in choosing one of these two resources and all the teams worked very well and were quite creative.

I am going to make a brief explanation of what the Wednesday class consisted in, since it was not like all the others, and I will also publish many pictures that I took that day.

First, we divided the tables for the class. Then, our group were divided and each member went to a different group. I went to the Architeachers' group. Linda also gave us a big piece of paper and the star of each group showed their work to the new group. Then, we discuss and write the main ideas in the big paper.

Then, we added ideas that were not included in that group's work and each one marked with a symbol the ideas that they had put in their works.

Finally, we talk about how sex, gender, politics and identity as Spanish appeared in textbooks. All in this, we write it at the paper as we get there the most important information.
