Analyst - Week 1 -

Hi, I'm Cristina and my role in this work group this week has been the analyst.

First I will say that the best part of the work has been the creativity, since we have been able to create our own ideas without following any rules which has allowed us greater freedom. On the other hand, I think the worst part without any doubt has been to draw our ideas on paper since we did it without looking for the photos on the internet and that is why we found it more difficult. Also, another of the things that we have found more difficult has been to be able to shape the drawings that we wanted to represent.

In addition, the best time of the week has been to see how we were gradually emerging different ideas. At first it was difficult because we did not know how it should be but with each idea that we were having we found it easier to continue, even seemed fun.  On the other hand, the worst moment of the week as I mentioned above has been the fact of representing the ideas in the paper since we had doubts in case our colleagues were not able to understand our drawings and arrive to the idea we are referring to.

With this work we have learned that in the school environment, a great variety of student situations and circumstances occur at the same time. We also know that there are students who have different skills that do not appear on the curriculum or are not really considered very important as arts, but they are not very good with other subject as mathematics, which are considered one of the most important course in the curriculum, and that are why they are separated from the group or even looked bad.

Furthermore, as a group, what we want to conserve is that each one participate in a different way in the accomplishment of the work according to their abilities, since that we have worked well. The individuality of each member of the group has also been positive, contributing each one with things that already knew. Nevertheless, we want to improve the distribution of tasks for each member of the group, as in this first work, such as at the drawing, there have had to draw people who preferred to have the ideas and they have had to think ideas those who preferred to draw.

Also, the contents of this subject and especially of this work are related to other subjects; for example, as we know, traditional methods of learning are not correct because, as you can see, they do not really learn, so it is necessary to look for other methods like those that are beginning to use today.

In addition I must say that there is a social connection between these contents since for example in schools as in life is encouraged and we must follow a pattern to fit into society because those who are different are discriminated. They tell us that we must express what we have felt since children but always cover our mouths if we say something that is not well seen, allowing us to only say what it is socially correct.

In closing, I have to evaluate the work done by my colleagues during this week:

• To Paula Palacios Espadero I give a 5, since she has participated actively in all the work, not only realizing her roll but also helping to the other members. She is also the one that has the most initiative of the group and seeks to have everything perfect.
• To Andrea Ruiz Sánchez assigned a 4 because she was the one who created the blog, the instagram account, besides doing her work for the time that was planned.
• To José Pina Serrano I give him a 3 because he has also participated actively doing his work correctly.
• To Lucía Marín Abad I give her another 3 because she has played well the work that she was playing this week being interested in the work of the team.
• I have assigned Ana Sánchez Llorente a 3 for the reasons mentioned above, she has done her job correctly, showing interest in obtaining a good result.
• To Mónica López Pérez I give her a 3 because she has performed her role very well, motivating the other colleagues to continue the work.
• To Marta Martínez Bueno I give her a 3 because she has worked in a participative way.
• To Cristina Huete Martínez I give her a 3 because she has actively participated in addition to showing interest and consulting things several times to make sure she was doing well.
